Your Cryotherapy Session – What to Expect

You’re just a few minutes away from a powerful wellness boost. During your visit, you’ll spend 2–3 minutes in our whole-body cryotherapy chamber, where ultra-cold temperatures trigger your body’s natural healing processes—reducing inflammation, easing muscle soreness, boosting circulation, and releasing feel-good endorphins.

The entire experience takes about 15 minutes from start to finish, including prep time and a quick post-session cool down. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on your day.
